Shipping policy
Shipping Within the U.S.:
We ship orders exclusively within the U.S. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment has been completed.
Shipping Notification:
You will receive an email notification when your package is prepared for shipment. This email will include a tracking number for your convenience, along with the shipment service and tracking information.
Processing Times:
Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders during weekends or holidays.
Address Accuracy:
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages:
Undeliverable packages are generally returned to us at an additional shipping cost. Once we receive the undeliverable package, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. Please note:
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any extra shipping costs incurred for the return will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- We do not refund or replace items unless the returned package is received.
Exclusions:
Our shipping policy does not cover orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Army Post Offices (APO), or U.S. territories.
